How it works

When you place an order with, products will be shipped to you directly by the retailer selling that item. 

As an ambitious working woman we know how precious your time is: our specialised technology ensures that you do not have to sign-up with multiple retailers and purchase from each one separately. All your workwear essentials from a wide selection of designers can be purchased from at the click of a button. 

Once your order has been processed, the dedicated customer care team of the retailer will assist you with any enquiries you may have such as tracking, amending or cancelling your order.

The contact details of the customer care team of the retailer can be found on the confirmation email for your order.

Please keep your order reference number handy when contacting customer services - this number will be shown in the retailers confirmation email.

Our delivery service to the UK typically takes 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays), though shipping times may vary; please read the individual product descriptions for more detailed information.

Certain items will be shipped on a Made-to-Order basis: the time estimate for delivery on these products can be found in the product description.

When you purchase an item you will receive an email from one of our partner brands - all information will be listed here.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may do so for any reason, up to the moment it has been processed by the Partner Brand. Once it has been processed, you will need to get in touch with the retailer's customer service team, and they will be able to assist you further.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box;

Certain items are exempt from our Return policy, such as specific jewellery, Made-to-order items, sale items.
